MORE ABOUT ME
Christopher Müller
As the manager of a regional fitness chain with over 220 employees, I have had the most beautiful and craziest experiences over the past 4 years. I have been in a managerial position since I was 20 years old. And already during my dual studies as a fitness economist, I was responsible for a team of around 15 employees. So I look back on over thirteen years of management experience. For me, the focus is always on people and their work and balance. Work provides me with energy, which also pushes me in private life and constantly expands my horizon. I love to bring my environment and myself to the maximum edge of the growth zone. Further training in the area of personnel development, leadership and quality management are just as much a part of my repotoire as nutritional advice or trainer licenses for medical training therapy and rehabilitation sports. I have many years of experience in holding health days for aircraft manufacturers, steel companies or banks, for example.
Due to two serious injuries (smashed knee in 2016 & Achilles tendon tear in 2021), I know limited physical functions only too well myself. My great passions are my family, books for self-reflection, fitness, tennis, skiing and motorcycling and almost everything that has to do with physical activity.
